Larry began his real estate career in April, 1998.   He first pursued obtaining his real estate license merely so that he could be a well informed buyer of investment properties.  He began purchasing many multi-family and other investment properties and continued adding properties to his real estate portfolio.  This endeavor included purchasing and rehabilitating single family homes which he then resold.

He realized his immense continued interest in real estate and decided to utilize his license to begin listing and selling.  In only his first year of being a real estate agent, he received the Orange County Association of Realtors Excellence in Sales Bronze Award.  He first held his license with a local independent realtor, and after two years Larry decided that he was ready to move to the next level of his career to become a Broker/Owner.  He opened up his first office in August, 2000 named Curasi Realty which he began out of the basement of his home and later moved into a small office space in the Village of Montgomery.  During this time, the next 3 years he signed on 8 agents most of who are still with us today.

In 2002 his small business was thriving.  Larry was considering how he could move his business to the next level.  After interviewing many franchises to find the right one for his company and his agents, he decided that the ERA franchise was the best choice and hence the beginning of ERA Curasi Realty.  ERA Curasi Realty quickly outgrew its office space and moved temporarily to a larger office space while plans were being made and the building being built for a permanent location. 

In July of 2006, his permanent office location was completed.  The office is thriving with the very best, knowledgeable, well-trained and professional agents in this area.  He has built a team environment, and Larry now holds the licenses of over 60 real estate agents and continues to grow.
